Abstract: Teaching is a bilateral activity between teachers and students, the relationship between them is essential to the teaching and learning process. The teacher-student relationship harmonious or not directly affects the enthusiasm of students’ learning and teachers’ teaching. Meanwhile, it strongly influences the effectiveness of teaching and learning. Therefore, it is more and more important to establish a harmonious teacher-student relationship. With the new curriculum reform having been carried on steadily, the harmonious relationship between teachers and students has attracted great attention. In order to implement new curriculum fully, the author has presented the defeats of the traditional one and has investigated the current condition of the teacher-student relationship. After contrasting analysis, the author explained the importance of good Teacher-student relationship and pointed out the existing problems, and also gives some valuable countermeasures.

摘  要:教学活动是师生之间的双边活动,师生关系是维持教学活动的基本关系,师生关系的和谐与否直接影响着学生学习的热情和教师教学的热情,同时还严重影响着学生学习的效率。因此,如何建立和谐的师生关系越来越受到人们的重视。随着新课改的推进,和谐的师生关系更能引起人们的关注。为了更好地推进新课程改革,作者介绍了传统师生关系的弊端并对当前的师生关系进行调查研究。   通过分析对比,作者阐述了建立良好师生关系的重要性,并对存在的问题有针对性的提出了一些解决方法。
